The Art of Baking Workshop organized at Amritsar Group of Colleges

 Amritsar Group of Colleges (AGC) recently organized a bakery workshop titled "The Art of Baking," led by renowned Chef Arundeep Singh. Students of the Department of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) participated in hands-on sessions, learning various baking methods, ingredient selection, and modern pastry trends.

Madam Ragini Sharma, Director Finance, praised the department’s commitment to practical and industry-relevant education. This initiative is part of AGC’s ongoing effort to provide students with valuable industry-aligned experiences.

Dr. Rajneesh Arora, Managing Director, and Dr. Gaurav Tejpal, Principal, applauded the effort, noting. This workshop reflects our commitment to fostering industry relevant education and practical learning, ensuring our students are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the culinary arts.
