Department of Management Studies of Amritsar Group of Colleges hosted a two-day National Seminar on Sustainable Development Goals: An Era for Long Lasting Future Development sponsored by ICSSR N.W. Regional Centre, Chandigarh on April 25-26, 2024 to spread awareness of “Sustainable Development Goals”. Eminent scholars, researchers, academicians, and outstanding people from Industry participated in this Seminar. This Seminar was hosted to provide a platform for innovators and researchers to share their views on Sustainable Development Goals.
Dr. Gaurav Tejpal, Principal, AGC, provided excellent
leadership and unwavering support to ensure the seminar's success. Dr. Hitesh
Sharma, Chief Guest, Ms. Nishu Mahajan,
the Keynote Speaker, and Dr. Vikram Sandhu, Guest of Honour, graced the
occasion with their presence during the Inaugural Session.
The content delivery was very informative and useful.
Dr. Gaurav Tejpal spoke about the concern of attaining sustainable development
which is a ray of hope for global advancement in a world impacted by urgent
social and environmental challenges. Dr. Rajneesh Arora, Managing Director,
commended the efforts of event planners.
Advocate
Sh. Amit Sharma, Chairman, appreciated the efforts of the event planners, presenters,
and participants. Around 110 participants attended the Seminar. 85
papers have been accepted for publication. It is an appreciable achievement by
AGC Amritsar.
